Recommended Approaches to Starting the Low Nickel Diet

It totally depends on your symptom burden (if you are having a bad flare, try going as low nickel as you can and maybe adding in as many of the additional strategies as you can), your personality (are you an all-or-nothing person or a “slow and steady wins the race” kind of person?), and how much time and effort can you put into adding additional lifestyle changes into your routine right now? It’s up to you!
