Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
Nickel per serving (8 wings): 3.7 mcg
Nickel Total: 11.1 mcg
Difficulty: Easy
This is an easy last-minute meal. You can easily skip the garlic and/or parmesan if either gives you trouble. Sometimes I sprinkle a little curry for seasoning. The nickel total is based on 24 wings.
Ingredients
16-24 Chicken wings
1-2 tbsp Olive oil
~2 tsp Garlic*, minced or powder
Sea salt to taste
Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F.
Put a layer of olive oil at the bottom of a 9” x 13” baking dish or sheet and roll the wings in it.
Dust the wings on both sides with seasoning.
Top them with some minced garlic & parmesan if you’d like.
Bake for 40 mins (or to desired crispness) and put under broiler for a few mins to crisp up the skin.
